Practice schedules are the responsibility of each team and coach to determine and communicate to their parents and players
Practices:
Although practice schedules are the responsibility of each team, IMLAX does mandate limitations to the duration of each practice (2 hours) and how often teams can practice.
Junior and Thunder teams are not allowed to practice in excess 3 times per week
Lightning and Storm teams are not allowed to practice in excess of 2 times per week.
Post-season/Playoffs: There are no playoffs at any age-group in the fall season. Only a six game regular season. The spring season offers playoffs at both the Junior and Thunder levels, and an All-star game for the Lightning league. Spring is the primary season for lacrosse and why the spring is a longer regular season (8 games) and offers post-season play.
